Iceotas trainers have enjoyed many years of working with young people and families. What makes us credible as facilitators, is our decades of experience working at many different levels, from teaching assistants to successful leaders in education. We have always valued the need to keep records and have used them to aid communication, ensure safety and drive forward change.
However, it would be true to say that we have all been asked to keep records and fill out forms that were never needed again and were nothing more than a paper exercise and a complete waste of valuable time.
